Trying new software - iMovie practise
This week I tried new movie editing software called iMovie.
I have quite a lot of experience with different kinds of film editing programmes like DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro, but since I do not have my actual computer in here and only my laptop and tablet, I had to try something else.
iMovie is much simpler program than the ones mentioned above but it has all of the most important functions.
In the video below you can see the process of editing a movie with my commentary in form of captions. It actually was a double practise since I had to edit this video as well.
The video I edited was shot a day before and I was supposed to edit it for the 3D classes. It shows how I shoot and edit my sketchbook photos in Adobe Lightroom.
I really enjoyed both of those editing processes. Also the iMovie turned out to be a really great and quick editing software. I think that I will use it a lot more in the future. It lacks a few useful functions like split screen or advanced colour grading and the freedom that other programmes have. Nonetheless, it is a very capable programme which I will use for future commentary regarding my editing process.

Good work here and I like the screencapture works really well
